Feast of Our Lady of Perpetual Help

June 27th is a very special day for Redemptorists and their partners in mission from around the world. That date marks the Feast of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Our Lady has always been at the heart of Redemptorist life.

The Redemptorist's Kew Community began their celebrations for the Feast of Our Lady of Perpetual Help with a procession of the Icon of  Love. Entering the Kew Chapple the hymn of Ave Maria reached a crescendo.

Fr John Hill presided over a Mass in dedication to Our Lady with a student choir adding to the festive atmosphere. Fr Hills homily reminded the community that as adults we should have an adult relationship with Mary. Not a relationship of Mother and child, but as adults who not only look to Her for needs or protection, but to look to her with love and affection as the Mother of God.
